You don’t need a slide deck—just enough context for a useful conversation. If you have them, it helps to have:

  • The outcome you want — e.g. clearer reporting, less manual work, or a decision on direction
  • Where things sit today — main systems, team size, and what’s painful (high level is fine)
  • Constraints — timeline, budget band, or compliance concerns you already know about
  • Stakeholders — who else might need to join a follow-up
  • What you’ve tried — optional, but useful if you’ve already explored tools or partners

Anything sensitive can stay high level until you’re comfortable—we’ll guide the discussion.
